designed
to
assist
you
in

how
we
collect,
use
and
safeguard
the
personal
information
you
provide
to
us,
and
to
assist
you
in
making
informed
decisions
when
using
our
site
and
associated
services.
Whenever
you
provide
such
personal
information,
we
will
treat
that
information
in

with
this
policy.
NMK
will
act
in
accordance
with
current
legislation
and
aim
to
meet
current
Internet
best
practice.
This
statement

practices
and

members'
needs.
What
information
do
we
collect?
We
collect
information
on
our
users
in
two
ways:
through
website
usage
data
including
cookies
(see
below),
and
through
registration.
Registration allows you to use advanced features of the NMK website, such as the facility to contribute articles or take part in online discussions.
When you register on the NMK site you knowingly choose to provide NMK with personal information. The minimum information we need to register a user is their name, email address and a username of their choosing. By default, only the username will be visible to other users, unless you explicitly choose to make more of your details available to other users of the NMK website. Any further details you choose to supply about yourself and your company when you register are provided at your own discretion.
If you submit articles to the site or take part in discussions, we may retain the content of your articles, posts and related responses. You may be identified as the author of any content you supply to the NMK website by reference to the details you have chosen to make available to the public upon registration, and subsequently. (See the Publishing Disclaimer for details of NMK's policy on the use of content supplied by users of the NMK website.)
We also allow users to update their personal information and newsletter subscription status at any time.
Email
updates
Users
can
opt-in
to
receive
regular
email
updates
from
NMK
when
they
register
for
the
NMK
website,
or
when
they
update
their
personal
information.
Users can also opt to receive email updates without registering on the NMK website by providing their email address only. NMK will retain the email address until they receive a request to unsubscribe sent from the same email address.
NMK email updates will typically be sent once every two weeks, although additional emails about NMK services may also be sent from time to time. Subscribers will be notified if the frequency with which email updates are sent changes.
Only users who have opted in will receive email updates from NMK. We will never intentionally solicit or proactively send promotional emails to users unless they have explicitly asked to receive this type of communication.
Any user can opt out of communications at any time by updating their personal profile, by following the Unsubscribe instructions published in every NMK email update, or by sending an email with 'UNSUBSCRIBE' in the subject line to nmk@nmk.co.uk.

of
