The tutor is Lizzie Jackson, who created and ran BBC Communities. She is now a Consultant for Online Communities at Children's' BBC. She was voted 'One of the 100 Innovators of the UK Internet Decade' in October 2004 by NOP World and e-consultancy.com. Lizzie also runs Building Communities & Networks Online: An Introduction, for NMK.

The Clinic structure:

This Clinic enables media professionals to have access to the benefits of consultancy without having to part with a small fortune! The number of attendees is capped at 6 so that there should be sufficient time for all to have their own concerns discussed.

Please note:

Attendees will be required to supply certain information in advance of the Clinic. This information will include an overview of the key issues they face, a strategic outline of their community or COP's objectives, and details of their audience and/or members. This will form the basis of the tasks and analysis undertaken during the session.

In addition:

A full Clinic outline and learning materials will be supplied. Refreshments will also be included, along with a great networking environment. Exclusive follow-up information will provide delegates with an opportunity for ongoing support.

Previous participants said:
