How does it work?
Nirvana is a fully rounded course spread over 3 days, during the period of 2 months. It involves practical assistance, workshop theory and 1:1 consultancy. It aims to give you the best possible advantage in a highly competitive industry.

You’ll be mentored by one of the industry's most experienced and renowned business development experts, Hilary Kelsh. With over 15 years experience in the creative and digital communications industries (the last 8 focused on business development through sales, marketing and pr) she writes and leads best practice business development courses for SME’s here in the UK and abroad. Hilary brings a wealth of both practical and strategic knowledge to businesses wishing to grow and consolidate.

Objectives:

Details on course structure:
• The course workshops consist of three full day sessions, spread over 2 months
• Over the course, 2 private consultancy sessions of up to 2 hours are offered with the course leader, these will be booked with attendees in advance
• Each day of workshop will be balanced between individual and group work and presentation
• Intense preparation exercises will be set well in advance for each day and will be an integral part of the workshop.

Who should attend:
This course is specifically aimed at South West digital agencies (no more than 25 staff) in their first few years of trading. Attendees are likely to be owner/managers or those responsible for the generation of new business. In particular senior professionals who are seeking to consolidate their experience, and achieve their business goals in a highly competitive market.

Preparation:
• All participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement
• Participants must complete all course modules accordingly prior to the sessions
• Participants must be willing to divulge client revenue percentages (NB. Participants will not be asked to identify actual clients).
