... By using a range of simple, cost effective and tried and tested techniques to put the user at the heart of your web design and development process.

You will be given an overview of each of the key UCD methodologies including:

Heuristic analysis
Persona development
Open and closed card sorts (cognitive modelling)
Walkthroughs

You will also have the opportunity to try out each of these processes for yourself.

At the end of the course you will be able to select the right process for the job you are managing, plan and budget for each process as well as assess the quality of each of the deliverables your team provides.
