NMK in association with PACT presents an evening seminar looking at management issues in cross-platform media projects.

Digital Synergies is a programme of events examining commercial and creative collaborations between new media and TV practitioners involved in the development, funding and production of cross-platform media projects. The series is produced by NMK and interactive content consultant Stephen Jeffery-Poulter, in association with PACT (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television, www.pact.co.uk).

Managing Cross-Platform Production Teams

Do the new, cross-platform media products require a new production structure? This session looks at fully-integrated production teams working on projects for multi-platform broadcast. It will examine the structure of these teams, and the management issues that need to be faced. Professionals from both the TV and new media side will discuss their experiences in working on simultaneous cross-platform production.
