Warrington-based accountancy firm, Brookson, have launched a piece of free cloud-based software that enables users to raise, log and send invoices, build client databases, manage expenses and important bank statements in order to gain a clear picture for credit control, as well as access a wealth of information about running a business. Connect Lite, the latest product to be added to Brookson’s range of tools for self-employed professionals, uses cloud-based technology and is free to download from www.connectlite.co.uk.

Connect Lite includes a variety of applications including an Invoicing feature, which allows users to build customer databases and send invoices in seconds. Users can also log their expenses at a click of a button through the expenses application.

Users will also have access to Brookson’s Knowledge Centre, which makes use of the accountancy firm’s 16 years expertise to provide information about all areas of running a business - from tax advice to claiming expenses.

Brookson have pointed out that one of the key benefits of using Connect Lite to manage financial accounts is that it enables professionals to stay on top of their finances, giving them more time to focus on running their business and making end-of-year accounts a much simpler process.
