At the University of Westminster's Innovation Labs in Harrow, creative and technical companies and start-ups can rent managed workspace at highly competitive rates.

- Room 2: 36 square meteres
We currently have two rooms available at 160 per square metre per year. Rental includes heating, lighting, cleaning and security. Low-cost telephone and broadband internet services are available for an additional fee.
